Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance.
- Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance goals.
- Develop and implement efficient warehouse management procedures.
- Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of inventory and order fulfillment.
- Maintain a safe and secure working environment, enforcing all safety rules and PPE usage.
- Manage staff schedules, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
- Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization for improved logistics.
- Conduct regular safety audits and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- This role requires an understanding of warehouse operations, including the physical demands such as lifting.
