Our state-of-the-art distribution center in Indianapolis, Indiana is looking for energetic and dependable Distribution Center Associates. This versatile role is essential to the overall efficiency of our logistics operations, encompassing a range of tasks from receiving and stocking to picking, packing, and shipping. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and process incoming inventory accurately.
  • Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment with speed and precision.
  • Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks (training provided for qualified candidates).
  • Conduct inventory cycle counts and assist with stock management.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all Safety regulations.
  • Perform quality checks on products and shipments.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
  • Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to all safety protocols.
  • Engage in frequent lifting and physical activity throughout the shift.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse setting is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Physical capability to perform tasks requiring frequent lifting (up to 60 lbs), bending, and standing.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts and overtime as needed.
  • Understanding of logistics processes and inventory management.
  • Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and the correct use of PPE.
