Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and process incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment with speed and precision.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks (training provided for qualified candidates).
- Conduct inventory cycle counts and assist with stock management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all Safety regulations.
- Perform quality checks on products and shipments.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to all safety protocols.
- Engage in frequent lifting and physical activity throughout the shift.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse setting is a strong advantage.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Physical capability to perform tasks requiring frequent lifting (up to 60 lbs), bending, and standing.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts and overtime as needed.
- Understanding of logistics processes and inventory management.
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and the correct use of PPE.
