About
Our Miami, Florida distribution center is looking for a diligent Inventory Control Specialist to maintain the accuracy and integrity of our warehouse stock. This vital role involves conducting regular cycle counts, investigating inventory discrepancies, and implementing strategies to minimize shrinkage and improve stock rotation. The Inventory Control Specialist will work closely with warehouse management and operations teams to ensure optimal inventory levels and efficient logistics flow. Key responsibilities include managing inventory data, reconciling stock, and identifying process improvements. A strong analytical mindset, exceptional attention to detail, and proficiency with inventory management software are essential. Safety is a core value; you will ensure all inventory management practices comply with safety regulations and promote the proper use of PPE. While this role is primarily analytical, some physical tasks including lifting may be required. Prior experience in inventory control or a similar logistics role is highly preferred.
