Your primary responsibility will be to navigate the warehouse, locate specified items using pick lists or RF scanners, and gather the correct quantities for each order. Accuracy is paramount in this role to ensure customer satisfaction and minimize errors in our logistics chain. This position requires physical stamina, including regular Lifting of items and standing for prolonged periods. Maintaining a safe working environment is a core value, and all associates are required to strictly adhere to safety guidelines, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to order specifications.
- Utilize RF scanners and pick lists to locate products efficiently.
- Verify product codes and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
- Stage picked items for packing and further processing.
- Assist with basic packing and labeling as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all company Safety procedures and wear designated PPE.
- Perform regular Lifting of products, typically up to 40 lbs.
- Contribute to meeting daily order picking quotas.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Participate in inventory checks and stocktaking activities.
- Report any discrepancies or damages to supervisors immediately.
- Support the overall logistics process through precise and timely order fulfillment.
