In this fast-paced role, you will be crucial to fulfilling customer orders accurately and efficiently. As a Picker/Packer, your responsibilities will include accurately retrieving items from warehouse storage, verifying order details, and carefully packing products for shipment. Your attention to detail and speed directly impact our customer satisfaction and the overall efficiency of our logistics operations. We emphasize a strong commitment to safety, requiring all employees to follow strict safety protocols and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). The job involves significant physical activity, including standing, walking, bending, and some lifting (up to 35 lbs). Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center is beneficial, but we are prepared to train motivated candidates. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products based on order sheets.
- Pack items securely and safely for shipping.
- Verify order accuracy before packing and shipping.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and surrounding area.
- Follow all warehouse safety procedures and utilize required PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock put-away.
- Operate hand-held scanners and other warehouse technology.
- Report any order discrepancies or issues to supervision.
- Contribute to team goals and overall warehouse productivity.
