We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented Picker/Packers to join our growing team in Seattle, Washington. As a Picker/Packer, you will be at the forefront of our order fulfillment process, responsible for accurately selecting and preparing items for shipment. This role is essential to our logistics network and requires efficiency, accuracy, and a strong commitment to safety. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from inventory based on customer orders, using RF scanners or pick sheets.
- Inspect products for quality and ensure they meet our standards before packing.
- Pack items securely and efficiently, selecting appropriate packaging materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Label packages accurately with shipping details.
- Stage packed orders in designated areas for carrier pickup.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and assist with stock rotation.
- Contribute to the overall productivity and success of our logistics team.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a picking or packing role within a warehouse is beneficial.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform repetitive motions.
- Capacity for lifting items weighing up to 40 pounds.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Basic reading and comprehension skills.
- Willingness to follow directions and safety guidelines.
- Good time management and ability to work at a steady pace.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
