Job Summary:
We are seeking motivated and reliable Distribution Center Associates to join our dynamic team in Denver, Colorado. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient flow of goods through our state-of-the-art facility. Your primary responsibilities will include receiving, processing, and shipping orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and contributing to a safe and productive work environment. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick, pack, and stage orders for shipment.
  • Receive incoming inventory, verify counts, and stock shelves or designated areas.
  • Operate various warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (after proper training and certification).
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with cycle counting procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
  • Inspect goods for damage and report any discrepancies.
  • Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and process orders.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve daily operational goals.
  • Adhere strictly to all company policies and procedures, including those related to PPE.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
  • Familiarity with basic safety procedures in a warehouse setting.
  • Must be reliable and punctual.
