Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items from inventory based on order lists or digital devices.
- Verify product codes and quantities to ensure order accuracy.
- Stage picked items for the packing department.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all warehouse safety protocols and guidelines.
- Assist with inventory management tasks as needed.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks.
- Proper utilization of required PPE is essential.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a warehouse setting is advantageous.
- Ability to read and understand pick lists and instructions.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Must be able to perform lifting of up to 40 lbs regularly.
- Excellent attention to detail to minimize errors.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Basic knowledge of logistics and inventory control is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently and independently.
