Job Summary:
Our Milwaukee, Wisconsin facility is looking for a dedicated Inventory Clerk to manage and maintain the accuracy of our warehouse stock. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for conducting regular inventory counts, reconciling discrepancies, and updating our inventory management system. Responsibilities:
  • Perform regular cycle counts and full physical inventories.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical counts and system records.
  • Input and update inventory data accurately in the warehouse management system.
  • Receive and verify incoming inventory shipments for accuracy and damage.
  • Organize and maintain stock in designated warehouse locations.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and the correct use of PPE.
  • Assist with the preparation of inventory reports.
  • Coordinate with shipping and receiving teams to ensure seamless logistics flow.
  • Identify and tag obsolete or slow-moving inventory.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in inventory control or warehouse operations is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management software (WMS).
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
  • Ability to perform regular lifting up to 30 lbs.
  • Excellent organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Understanding of basic logistics and supply chain principles.
  • Commitment to adhering to safety standards and wearing required PPE.
