Key Responsibilities Content & Publishing
Plan and maintain the social media content calendar for Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn to ensure consistent posting and campaign alignment.
Post engaging organic content and copy for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn to raise brand awareness, grow our audience, and increase visibility.
Create copy for website blog posts.
Influencer Sourcing & Management
Identify and engage with Instagram influencers to build long‑term partnerships.
Brief influencers for Instagram with campaign objectives, key messages, and deliverables.
Assist with Instagram influencer gifting (product selection and dispatching of products).
Develop and maintain an influencer portfolio, track budget and performance metrics, and report insights.
Styling & Creative Direction
Arrange for products to be shot and plan how they will be styled and which model will be appropriate for the outfits.
Select props, backgrounds, and locations based on theme and campaign/season.
Create moodboards for team to work with to bring campaign to life.
Source and price up location shoots, ensuring alignment with budget.
Select and source new models.
Co‑ordinate all aspects of photoshoot logistics, booking models, arranging travel and accommodation, sourcing and securing locations, organising hair and makeup (if required), styling to ensure seamless execution.
Work closely with team to ensure plans are executed.
Research & Insights
Analyse performance data from organic and paid social campaigns to identify opportunities to improve ROAS, and provide clear, actionable feedback to the creative team on specific changes required (e.g. content format, messaging, styling, or audience focus).
Conduct customer research using tools like Zigpoll: design questionnaires, collect and analyse data, and report findings to the wider team.
Use analytic tools to identify trends and track performance of social media posts and customer behaviour and report back to the team on findings.
Carry out competitor and market research to inform campaigns, sales events, and overall marketing strategy.
Work with the team to ensure that our organic content on Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn is in keeping with paid campaigns.
Optimize content and campaigns based on performance data and reporting.
Remain ahead of the curve by actively spotting opportunities and keeping pace with trends and changes across the social media world.
Audience Engagement & Discounts
Manage student discount platforms (Student Beans and Youth Discount) and ensure ongoing engagement.
37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm
