We are looking for a Retail StoreManagerwho can inspire and lead with passion in a large or high-profile store. If you have a history of guiding large teams to achieve outstanding commercial results, a self-driven and proactive mindset, and a talent for coaching and developing others, we would love to hear from you.

Day to day,youllbe leading your people to deliver both individual andteamobjectives,including driving revenuecombinedwith a great customer experience.Youllalso be communicating with stakeholders from across the business ensuring aclear strategyand supportfor your store.You will foster a high-performance culture focused on both financial and behavioural KPIs, whilstcapitalisingon new retail opportunities.
