Job Summary
Are you eager to apply your academic knowledge in a real-world setting and gain hands-on experience in data engineering? Join our Enterprise Data Platform team, where you'll help manage and optimize data pipelines and cloud infrastructure critical to our organization's success.
What you will do:
Collaborate with experienced engineers to enhance reporting capabilities and integrate ServiceNow with various database platforms.
Participate in a supportive, agile team environment that values innovation, teamwork, and continuous learning.
Take on meaningful projects that contribute to the team's goals and your professional growth.
Work with the team to build data processing pipelines using Python / PySpark.
Look into current processes with the objective of optimizing the current practices and documenting the findings.
Build automated process related to user request provisioning using ServiceNow integrated with different components of the platform.
Develop CI & CD pipelines through Azure DevOps
What you will bring:
Pursuing a diploma or degree in computer science, computer engineer bachelor's degree program or equivalent work experience
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to take end-to-end ownership
Knowledge of software development design patterns and modern development tools like git, CI/CD, unit testing
Experience with or Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Snowflake.
Knowledge in python / PySpark frameworks.
