In this role, you will be responsible for accurately picking items to fulfill customer orders and then carefully packing them for shipment. Your precision is key to ensuring that our customers receive the correct products in excellent condition. This position requires a keen eye for detail, the ability to work quickly and accurately, and a commitment to quality. You will work closely with inventory management and shipping departments to maintain a seamless workflow. Experience with handheld scanners and order management systems is advantageous. We pride ourselves on a safe working environment and expect all employees to comply with our safety standards, including the mandatory use of PPE . Regular lifting of products weighing up to 40 lbs is part of the job. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced logistics operation.
Responsibilities:
- Retrieve specified items from warehouse stock for customer orders.
- Verify product accuracy and quantity against order details.
- Package items securely and appropriately for shipping.
- Label packages with shipping information accurately.
- Operate scanning devices to track inventory movements.
- Maintain an organized and tidy workstation.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
- Report any discrepancies or damages encountered during picking or packing.
- Contribute to team efforts to meet order fulfillment targets.
