About
Our growing logistics operation in Des Moines, Iowa, is looking for dedicated Material Handlers to join our team. As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently moving, locating, relocating, stacking, and counting merchandise. This includes operating equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other material handling devices. You will play a vital role in the receiving, put-away, picking, and shipping processes. Your ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions precisely is essential. We emphasize a strong commitment to safety, requiring all team members to wear appropriate PPE at all times and adhere to established safety guidelines. This role involves significant physical activity, including frequent lifting of items up to 50 pounds. Attention to detail is crucial for ensuring accurate order fulfillment and maintaining inventory integrity. You will collaborate with other warehouse personnel to ensure the smooth flow of goods through the facility.
