Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS software.
- Monitor stock levels and reorder points to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Implement and enforce inventory control policies and procedures.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure proper handling and storage of goods.
- Ensure compliance with all **safety** regulations, including the proper use of **PPE**.
- Assist with **logistics** planning related to inventory management.
- Perform **lifting** of inventory items up to 30 lbs as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in inventory control or warehouse management.
- Proficiency with inventory management software (WMS).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Knowledge of **logistics** and supply chain principles.
- Understanding of **safety** procedures and **PPE** requirements in a warehouse environment.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including moderate **lifting**.
