About
We are looking for dedicated and energetic Warehouse Associates to join our growing team in Madison, Wisconsin. This role is fundamental to our daily warehouse operations, involving the efficient and safe handling of a variety of products. You will be responsible for receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. A key aspect of this position is maintaining an organized and clean work environment, which is critical for productivity and overall warehouse Safety . We expect our team members to follow all established procedures and to actively participate in maintaining a secure workplace. The successful candidate will possess excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality. This role involves significant physical activity, including frequent bending, reaching, walking, and the ability to perform Lifting of up to 50 pounds regularly. Understanding of Logistics principles and warehouse management systems is beneficial. We are committed to providing a safe working environment and require all employees to use appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), such as safety shoes and high-visibility vests. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unpack, and stock incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Adhere to all company policies and Safety procedures.
- Utilize warehouse equipment, following all safety protocols.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to handle physical tasks, including Lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to wear required PPE .
- Basic understanding of Logistics and inventory control.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
