This role is critical to our logistics operations, ensuring that products are handled with care and efficiency from arrival to departure. We pride ourselves on a strong safety culture, and all team members are required to follow established safety procedures and wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. The role involves significant physical activity, including standing for extended periods, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Experience with warehouse equipment is a plus, but we offer comprehensive training. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely (certification provided if needed).
- Conduct inventory counts and assist with cycle counts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including PPE requirements.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks.
- Identify and report any damaged goods or safety hazards.
- Support other warehouse functions as needed to ensure smooth logistics operations.
