Job Summary:
Our growing logistics operation in Columbus, Ohio, is looking for energetic and reliable Warehouse Associates to contribute to our fast-paced environment. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in the efficient flow of goods through our facility. Your responsibilities will include picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, as well as receiving and stocking inventory. This role demands a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and organized workspace. You'll be part of a team dedicated to providing exceptional service and ensuring timely order fulfillment. We are committed to the highest standards of safety and require all employees to follow established procedures, including the proper use of PPE .
Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick, pack, and label orders for shipment.
  • Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory.
  • Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through diligent scanning and record-keeping.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially those related to safety and security.
  • Perform other warehouse duties as assigned to support overall operations.
  • Handle products with care to prevent damage during processing and transit.
  • Contribute to team goals and collaborate effectively with colleagues.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience is a plus.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • Basic computer skills for inventory management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Understanding of logistics and supply chain principles.
  • Willingness to wear required PPE , such as safety vests and steel-toed boots.
  • Commitment to following all safety guidelines and procedures.
