Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic Distribution Center Associates to join our expanding operations in Charlotte, North Carolina. Responsibilities:
  • Receive, unload, and verify incoming inventory.
  • Stock shelves and maintain organized inventory storage.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
  • Operate material handling equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts – training available).
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and participate in cycle counting.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the distribution center.
  • Follow all safety procedures and guidelines, including the mandatory use of PPE.
  • Assist with shipping and receiving as needed.

Requirements:
  • Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and operate various warehouse equipment.
  • Understanding of basic logistics principles is a plus.
  • Commitment to adhering to all safety regulations and proper PPE usage.
  • Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
