Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming inventory.
- Stock shelves and maintain organized inventory storage.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Operate material handling equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts – training available).
- Conduct regular inventory checks and participate in cycle counting.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the distribution center.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Assist with shipping and receiving as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse or distribution center experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and operate various warehouse equipment.
- Understanding of basic logistics principles is a plus.
- Commitment to adhering to all safety regulations and proper PPE usage.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift.
