Key responsibilities include unloading incoming shipments, organizing inventory, picking and packing orders, and loading outbound trucks. You will be expected to follow all established procedures and safety guidelines, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This position requires physical stamina, as you will be involved in frequent lifting, standing, and moving throughout your shift. Attention to detail is crucial for ensuring order accuracy and inventory integrity. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Sort, organize, and stock products in designated warehouse locations.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment.
- Follow all safety regulations and utilize provided PPE.
- Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory management.
- Support logistics operations by ensuring timely order processing.
- Report any damages or discrepancies to supervisors.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is advantageous.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to safety.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with basic logistics and inventory principles is a plus.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual attendance.
