Join our energetic team as an Order Picker in Omaha, Nebraska! We are looking for motivated individuals to accurately pick and prepare customer orders for shipment. Your responsibilities will include reading order forms, locating items in the warehouse, accurately counting and scanning products, and safely transporting them to the packing or shipping area. This role is fundamental to our e-commerce fulfillment process, ensuring that our customers receive the correct items in a timely manner. We offer a comprehensive training program to ensure your success. The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment is key. You will be working with a variety of products, requiring attention to detail and accuracy. This is an excellent opportunity to grow within the logistics industry. We encourage teamwork and provide a supportive environment for all our associates. Daily tasks may also include maintaining a clean and organized work area, assisting with inventory counts, and performing other warehouse duties as assigned. Maintaining the integrity of orders is critical. Ensuring all picked items are ready for the next stage of the fulfillment process is a key responsibility. Compliance with all Safety regulations and the correct use of PPE are non-negotiable. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks, including Lifting up to 50 lbs.
