Overview
We are seeking a skilled Carpenter Foreman to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various construction tasks and carpentry skills. Must possess the ability to successfully read and interpret residential blue prints, assign tasks accordingly to team members, and lead the crew to complete the project satisfactorily. Must have a strong attention to detail and be safety and quality orientated. This role requires a hands-on approach to building and repairing structures while ensuring quality and safety standards are met. Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry work including framing, installation of doors and windows, millwork, and siding.
• Skilled in operating power tools.
• Execute siding and millwork installations with precision.
• Assist in water damage restoration projects by repairing and replacing damaged materials.
• Fabricate custom components as needed for various projects.
• Participate in addition/remodeling projects to enhance residential spaces.
• Carry out construction painting duties to finish projects to high standards.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times.
• Lead crew and train crew members if needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience in carpentry with leadership experience.
• Familiarity with siding, roofing, and other related skills is essential.
• Strong understanding of construction processes.
• Experience in remodeling projects is beneficial.
• Proficiency in timber construction techniques is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well within a team while also being self-motivated.
• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials as required.

Pay: $ $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 50 per week
