About
18 Wheels Cargo is actively hiring experienced Class A CDL Flatbed Drivers for a Regional W2 position. We specialize in pipe and steel transport. This role offers high percentage-based pay, home weekends, and fully loaded modern equipment.
Compensation & Bonuses
- Weekly Pay: $1,500 - $2,000 average take-home.
- Pay Structure: Earn 27% of Gross Revenue (High-value freight).
- Sign-On Bonus: $5,000
- Benefits: Full Medical, Dental, and Vision package.
- Retirement: 401(k) with company match.
Schedule & Routes
- Home Time: Home Weekends
- Region: Regional routes (East of I-35).
- Freight: Flatbed loads, primarily Pipe and Steel.
Equipment
- Trucks: Fully loaded late-model tractors (APUs, Fridges, Inverters included).
- Trailers: Well-maintained flatbed equipment with quality securement tools.
Requirements
- License: Valid Class A CDL.
- OTR Experience: Minimum 1 year of verifiable OTR experience.
- Flatbed Experience: Minimum 6 months of flatbed experience specifically hauling pipe and steel within the last 5 years.
- Background: Clean MVR and ability to pass DOT physical/drug screen.
