Duties

  • Act as the face of our clients, engaging directly with customers in retail locations.
  • Generate leads and spark interest in client products and services through in-person conversations.
  • Provide customers with product knowledge, recommendations, and support to guide confident decisions.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring a friendly, professional, and approachable presence.
  • Collaborate with team members to maximize outreach and continuously improve the customer experience.

Skills

  • Excellent communication skills—you're confident connecting with people in face-to-face settings.
  • Outgoing and approachable personality, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
