Job Summary

We are looking for a dependable CNC Machine Operator to run our CNC router and other related production machines. The ideal team member has experience, motivation, and a commitment to keeping production moving efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a CNC router and other machines safely and effectively

• Monitor execution to ensure machines are always running to keep up with order flow

• Perform setup, adjustments, and maintenance

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

• Follow quality and safety procedures to company standards

• Prior warehouse or manufacturing facility experience is advantageous.

• Ability to read basic math measurements accurately using calipers or micrometers.

• Strong understanding of quality control procedures and the use of precision measuring instruments to ensure product specifications are met. Candidates should possess a solid foundation in machining operations combined with mechanical aptitude to succeed in this role.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience operating a CNC router or similar production machinery

• Hardworking, positive "can-do" attitude

• Ability to be on your feet for the full 8-hour shift

• Good teamwork and communication skills

• Must pass a background check

• Must provide at least one work reference

Benefits
