Description of job duties
: Enterprise Data Architect/Solution Data Architect: lead for complex projects and solution implementations.

Understand and document current state context diagrams, current state data flow diagrams

Work with stakeholders to identify data related pain points. Document high level data requirements. Work with teammates to drive out detailed data requirements.

Design Target State Data Architecture in alignment with Enterprise Data Strategy, Information Security Requirements.

Design and Document data models, database structures, and data integration solutions to support large volumes of data

Oversee data integration processes, including ETL/ELT workflows

Optimize databases and data pipelines for efficiency

Lead the implementation of new data platforms and technologies

Provide guidance and mentorship to data engineers, analysts and other team members

Experience required
: 10+ years of experience in designing, developing, and managing large-scale data architectures, including data lakes, data warehouses and cloud environments

Experience designing complex cross-domain data models.

Experience with cloud data platforms, preferably AWS S3 Iceberg and AWS Services.

Experience with Snowflake/Databricks a plus

Proven track record of successful collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to influence at all levels, from new hires to executives.
