Qualifications

• Required Education - JD
• Actively barred in Texas

Bonus Qualifications:

• Knowledgeable of collection laws in Texas, as well as applicable federal statutes such as the FDCPA
• Actively barred in Suttell & Hammer additional states (WA, OR, ID, CA, CO, AK, MA, HI, UT and AZ)

Responsibilities

• Work remotely from home office (S&H Headquarters: Kirkland, WA)
• Make many court appearances on behalf of large banks, primarily in-person in the greater Houston, TX area
• Reviewing and approving pleadings, motions, garnishments, etc.
