Bartender

Overview
We are seeking a friendly and experienced Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and a strong background in food and beverage service. This role involves preparing and serving drinks in a fast-paced environment, ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience. Experience with POS systems, along with full service dining experience, is highly desirable. The successful candidate will demonstrate effective time management, sales skills, and food safety knowledge to provide exceptional service to our patrons.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently.
• Engage with guests in a friendly manner, providing excellent customer service throughout their visit.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Manage cash handling transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations.
• Restock bar supplies as needed and ensure all beverages are prepared according to standard recipes.
• Assist with catering events, banquets, or events/functions as required.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and measuring ingredients.
• Experience in fine dining or hospitality settings is a plus.
• Ability to work night shifts, weekends, or special events as needed.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.

Pay: $ $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 35.0 per week
