Junior Learning & Development / Training Coordinator (1-3 years of experience)

In this role, you will support the delivery of innovative training programs that empower employees to reach their full potential. Your work will contribute to building a strong learning culture that drives performance and engagement.

The Learning & Development team ensures successful delivery of learning initiatives by providing outstanding client service and collaborating effectively across functional groups. Responsibilities include coordinating planning, logistics, registration, learning management system updates, reporting, live session operational support, and potentially assisting with instructor sourcing.

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, logistics, and delivery of learning programs and events, both onsite and virtual.
  • Manage learner registration processes and maintain accurate records in the Learning Management System (LMS) or related platforms (e.g., Cornerstone, Cvent).
  • Coordinate instructor sourcing, scheduling, and communication to ensure smooth program execution.
  • Prepare and distribute clear, concise communications such as announcements, confirmations, and event updates.
  • Leverage Excel or Google Sheets to create reports, track attendance, and analyze learning program data.
  • Oversee event operations including A/V setup, materials coordination, and onsite support as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with NASBA Continuing Professional Education (CPE) requirements.
  • Utilize project management skills to balance multiple concurrent learning programs and priorities.
  • Collaborate across internal functional teams to ensure seamless learner experience and program delivery.
  • Proactively identify and troubleshoot logistical or technical issues during planning and execution phases.
  • Maintain program documentation, metrics, and post-event reporting to support continuous improvement.
  • Apply client service mindset to deliver high-quality learner experiences.
  • Use technology and databases to schedule courses, manage participation, and enhance engagement.
  • Support the development and implementation of large-scale training events and initiatives.
  • Supervise or coordinate onsite resources and vendors as needed to ensure successful delivery.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent (Bachelors Degree preferred)
  • Accepted work authorizations: US Citizen, GC EAD, GC Holders.
  • W2 Contract (9+ Months) we can NOT do 1099 or C2C arrangements.
  • Candidates must currently reside within the Continental United States to be considered.
  • Must be able to work remote within the continental United States. Equipment can't travel outside of the continental United States.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Strong Excel/ Google Sheets Skills (pivots, reporting, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  • Must have strong writing skills (clear concise emails, announcement writing, etc.)
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team dynamic
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities & work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • 1-3 years of experience in training coordination or educational support
  • Willingness to travel as needed for workshops or offsite training events

Nice To Have Skills

  • Experience in instructional design or curriculum development
  • Knowledge of basic project management principles
  • Previous experience in a training or development role

  • Cornerstone experience
  • Experience managing event logistics, e.g. registration, A/V production, learner relation
  • Learning to use databases and other tools to manage the scheduling and delivery of courses

Additional Details

  • Compensation: The hourly rate for this role ranges from $25 to $33, depending on your experience level and location.
  • Work Schedule: This role is budgeted for 40 hours per week. Exceptions may occur due to unpaid time off or unpaid holidays that fall within the standard workweek (Monday–Friday).
  • Time Off & Holidays: This position does not offer paid time off (PTO) or paid holidays. You may take time off as needed, but it will be unpaid.
  • Benefits: We offer medical, dental, and vision insurance options. These are contributory benefits, meaning the cost will be deducted from your paycheck if you choose to enroll. Enrollment is optional.
