Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with customers, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires a blend of creativity, efficiency, and strong interpersonal skills to enhance the overall guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders and providing recommendations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices.

Experience

• Previous experience in bartending or food service is preferred but not mandatory; we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
• Familiarity with retail math for managing cash transactions effectively.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with diverse clientele.
• Time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours.
• Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink preparation measurements.
• Knowledge of brewing techniques is a plus for those interested in craft beverages or specialty drinks.
