Associate Business Analyst – Banking & Finance

Full Time/Remote Position.

Responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing business requirements to support project objectives and alignment.
• Support process improvement initiatives by reviewing workflows and identifying operational gaps.
• Document business processes, workflows, and functional requirements using MS Office and Visio.
• Help create data models and support data analysis activities to improve system performance.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing by validating requirements, logging issues, and coordinating with development teams.
• Develop basic dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Maintain requirement traceability and ensure all updates are captured in JIRA.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support smooth project execution and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field preferred.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with business analysis concepts such as requirements gathering and process mapping.
• Basic understanding of tools such as MS Office, Visio, JIRA, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Good communication skills with the ability to work in a collaborative remote environment.
• Interest in the banking or financial services domain.

Pay: $45, $65,000.00 per year
