Pool Construction Superintendent

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Superintendent to oversee day-to-day construction progress for our residential and commercial pool projects. This role ensures jobs run smoothly, efficiently, and on schedule while upholding the quality standards Suncoast is known for.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates clearly, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional product and experience to homeowners, builders, subcontractors, and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily construction activities for multiple pool projects across Collier and Lee County
• Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and internal team members
• Ensure each project stays on schedule and meets Suncoast quality standards
• Conduct jobsite visits, quality checks, and pre-site inspections
• Troubleshoot issues as they arise and implement solutions quickly and professionally
• Maintain accurate documentation, job notes, and progress updates in company systems
• Support project managers and leadership with scheduling, planning, and customer communication
• Uphold all safety protocols and ensure clean, organized job sites
• Represent Suncoast with professionalism, positivity, and integrity at all times

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction, pool building, or a related field (preferred)
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing, subcontractor coordination, and jobsite management
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work in outdoor conditions for extended periods
• Tech-savvy with the ability to use tablets, apps, and project management tools
