Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our high-performing healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in patient care and specialized experience or interest in pain management. In this role, you will deliver high-quality clinical services, perform comprehensive assessments, support diagnostic and treatment planning, and maintain strict adherence to HIPAA and all regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform specialty-focused physical exams and utilize medical history, symptom evaluation, and clinical findings to develop evidence-based care plans.
  • Provide direct patient care, including new consultations and follow-up visits.
  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations to identify patient needs and determine appropriate interventions.
  • Order, interpret, and communicate diagnostic tests, including imaging and laboratory studies.
  • Educate patients on diagnoses, test results, medications, procedures, and treatment plans in a clear and supportive manner.
  • Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal clinical outcomes and continuity of care.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans based on clinical response.
  • Recommend additional treatment options, schedule follow-up visits, and coordinate referrals when appropriate.
  • Review and analyze external records, reports, and specialist findings.
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation while ensuring full confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and all state, federal, and practice regulations.

Qualifications

  • Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Arizona.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Active DEA license.
  • Experience in pain management, primary care, physical medicine, or related fields is preferred but not required.
