Our Solutions

The GreyMatter Multiagent Orchestration (MAO) platform provides vendor agnostic fulfillment orchestration to continuously optimize performance in real time: the right order, with the right bot and agent, taking the right path and action. About the Role

As Associate Director/Director of Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for defining and driving strategic programs and technical initiatives with significant complexity and broad cross-organizational, global, or platform impact.

You will operate as the primary technical interface between multiple engineering teams, the customer, product, and solutions teams. A key part of your role is to lead the process for generating accurate project estimates and managing capacity reservations for all new customer projects. You must be an expert in orchestrating efforts across multiple engineering teams on complex SAAS products.

You are trusted to operate with complete independence, influencing organization priorities, system owners, business, and technology direction. You manage cross-functional communication to ensure all stakeholders are informed and aligned. You are adept at building consensus and are able to represent, verbally and in writing, complex decisions, tough trade-offs, and potential solutions clearly to the executive leadership team.

Skills/ Technical Requirements:

  • 10-15 years of relevant work experience in technical program management and Software engineering experience.
  • Fluency with Atlassian Confluence/JIRA. Experience in productization and shipping of software products
  • Experience coordinating efforts to scope, schedule and deploy new features sets. Experience analyzing cost/benefit of feature selection
  • Expert in Software Development Life Cycle for complex SAAS products.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong problem solving and negotiation skills to earn trust and influence partners and teams
  • Experience with Software integration with HW is preferred.
  • Experience in Robotic Material Handling & Supply Chain Domain is preferred.
