Operations Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations and drive strategic growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, leadership qualities, and a proven track record in business development. Duties

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives
• Oversee daily operations across departments, ensuring efficiency and productivity
• Lead, motivate, and supervise teams to maintain high standards of performance
• Manage profit & loss statements, analyze financial reports, and optimize operational costs
• Drive business development efforts to expand market presence and increase revenue streams
• Coordinate with sales teams to develop strategies that enhance customer acquisition and retention
• Lead process improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and improve service quality
• Oversee project management activities, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate operational success
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability

Qualifications

• Proven management experience with a strong background in supervising teams and leading projects
• Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, business development, and sales growth
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff and build effective teams
• Experience managing profit & loss statements and financial analysis skills
• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma is preferred
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and team collaboration
• Prior experience in project management with a focus on operational efficiency is highly desirable

Pay: From $85,000.00 per year
