About

Position Overview:

As Integra Mission Critical continues rapid expansion across hyperscale data center infrastructure and advanced manufacturing, the Senior Manager, Capital Improvement Program (CIP) will lead the planning, execution, and governance of enterprise capital investments.

This role ensures that facilities, infrastructure, and equipment investments are strategically aligned, financially controlled, and executed to support capacity growth, operational readiness, and customer delivery commitments.

The Senior Manager will develop and manage Integra's capital governance framework, oversee the enterprise capital portfolio, and partner closely with PMO, Manufacturing, Operations, Finance, Engineering, and Supply Chain delivery teams. This position plays a critical role in enabling facility expansion, manufacturing throughput, and efficient capital deployment across multiple sites and business units.

Key Responsibilities:

Capital Program Leadership

  • Serve as the process owner for Integra's Capital Improvement Policy, including templates, tools, and stage-gate workflows.

  • Establish and manage the enterprise capital governance lifecycle (intake prioritization approval delivery oversight closeout).

  • Lead annual and multi-year capital planning, forecasting spend and capacity needs across facilities, manufacturing operations, and project sites.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for capital planning and execution across PMO, Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Finance.

  • Ensure consistent, standardized, and scalable application of capital processes, approvals, controls, and reporting.

Project & Portfolio Oversight

  • Directly oversee and coordinate the execution of capital projects from concept through commissioning, ensuring scope, budget, schedule, and quality alignment.

  • Support business case development, including financial modeling and payback analysis in collaboration with Finance.

  • Manage vendor engagement, long-lead equipment procurement, and installation planning with Supply Chain and Operations.

  • Maintain disciplined risk management, change control, and variance reporting across the portfolio.

  • Support dual-supply and factory enablement strategies by aligning capital investments to manufacturing capacity and program delivery schedules.

Governance, Reporting & Controls

  • Facilitate Capital Review Board (CRB) cadence, decision documentation, and stage-gate approvals

  • Maintain capital dashboards, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms; deliver monthly executive reporting on performance, risks, and variances

  • Lead post-investment reviews and lessons-learned cycles to improve effectiveness and long-term value capture

  • Partner with Finance to align capital accounting, contingency practices, and compliance with capital expenditure standards

Continuous Improvement & Capability Development

  • Develop and refine governance standards, financial models, portfolio tools, and automation solutions using Costpoint and Power BI

  • Inform project sponsors, site leaders, and functional partners of capital governance processes

  • Improve portfolio management maturity and scalability to support enterprise growth, manufacturing capability, and data-center delivery

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Construction Management, or related field; MBA preferred

  • 7+ years managing capital programs or major capital projects in industrial, manufacturing, EPC, or data-center environments

  • Demonstrated experience implementing enterprise capital governance and multi-site portfolio management

  • Proficiency with ERP capital systems (Deltek, SAP, Oracle, or similar), Excel, Power BI, and scheduling tools

  • Strong analytical, financial modeling, and communication skills; ability to lead cross-functional alignment
