Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and professional FedEx Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely delivering packages to customers while providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities

• Safely operate a box truck or similar vehicle to deliver packages across assigned routes
• Load and unload packages using appropriate equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts when necessary
• Manage route driving efficiently to meet delivery schedules
• Provide exceptional customer service by interacting professionally with clients during deliveries
• Verify delivery details and obtain signatures when required
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly
• Follow all safety protocols, including heavy lifting techniques and traffic laws

Skills

MUST HAVE DELIVERY DRIVING EXPERIENCE…

• Proven experience as a delivery driver, courier, or in a similar role involving route driving
• Strong customer service skills with a professional demeanor
• Experience operating commercial vehicles such as box trucks with manual transmission
• Ability to lift heavy packages safely and efficiently
• Familiarity with warehouse equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks is a plus
• Excellent driving record with knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations
• Ability to navigate using GPS or route maps effectively
• Physical stamina for moving packages and standing for extended periods
