Black Powder Smokehouse in Jamestown is looking for a dynamic, hands-on General Manager to lead our team with excellence. What You'll Do

• Lead daily operations with confidence, professionalism, and warmth
• Build, train, and mentor an engaged, high-performing team
• Ensure outstanding guest experiences through world-class customer service
• Maintain consistent food quality and operational standards
• Foster a positive, respectful workplace rooted in teamwork and accountability
• Manage inventory, scheduling, financials, and operational systems
• Represent Black Powder in the community with pride and authenticity

Pay: $50, $60,000.00 per year
