Entry-Level Computer Repair Technician

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Computer Technician to join our team. As a Computer Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing various computer systems, providing technical support to customers, and ensuring optimal performance of equipment. Duties

• Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on Windows, Mac OS, and Android devices.
• Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or in-person interactions.
• Analyze problems and develop effective solutions for computer-related issues.
• Perform equipment repairs in the field as well as within a retail environment.
• Read and interpret schematics to assist with troubleshooting and repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of service requests, repairs performed, and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Strong understanding of computer hardware components and repair techniques.
• Previous experience in field service or retail sales related to technology is preferred.
• Ability to analyze technical problems effectively and provide timely solutions.
• Familiarity with Android devices and their troubleshooting processes is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
