Job Description:

As a Dental Assistant at Northlake Dental, you will support our dentists during patient exams and procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of operations. You will be responsible for assisting with clinical tasks, maintaining patient comfort, and helping with duties as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

 Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures

 Sterilize and prepare instruments and equipment

 Take and scan dental x-rays.

 Record patient medical histories and treatment plans.

 Provide patient education on oral hygiene and aftercare.

 Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment.

 Handle patient scheduling and communication with our front office staff.

 Ensure that all dental materials and supplies are stocked and ready to use.

Preferred Qualifications:

 Dental Assistant certification or equivalent training.

 Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology.

 Proficiency with dental software and X-ray equipment.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

 Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

 Previous experience as a Dental Assistant.
