Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with company goals to enhance efficiency and profitability
- Lead, motivate, and supervise teams across various departments to ensure high levels of performance and engagement
- Oversee daily operations, including resource allocation, workflow management, and process optimization
- Lead projects focused on process improvement, quality assurance, and operational scalability
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop strategies that increase customer acquisition and retention
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational effectiveness and implement corrective actions as needed
Experience
- Proven management experience in operations leadership roles
- Strong background in strategic planning, project management, and process improvement initiatives
- Demonstrated success in supervising teams and leading organizational change
- Experience managing profit & loss statements with a focus on financial performance
- Business development experience with a track record of expanding market presence or revenue streams
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams and foster a collaborative work environment
- Prior experience in sales or client relationship management is preferred but not mandatory

Pay: $45, $69,768.55 per year
