JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring the long-term success of our customers, company, and growth. The ideal candidate will work directly with our operations team to ensure our team is empowered and delivers with our promise of superb service.

THE POSITION:

Responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following:

  • Review our current internal operations process to develop policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
  • Implement new directives to impact growth and team culture.
  • Responsible for managing our employee performance platform to ensure standards and goals are met.
  • Keep team members motivated and develop company culture by incorporating processes.
  • Enforce all policies and procedures to help ensure our process is standardized.
  • Responsible for building a training and education manual for on-boarding of new team members.
  • Assist with the service preparation by being on-site with clients to review and develop the logistics to ensure the most optimal process is deployed. Includes reviewing service schedule, distributing memo, and addressing questions with clients.
  • Identify opportunities for growth while on-site at each project.
  • Train new team members on cleaning, disinfection, rust removal, painting, etc.
  • Travel with the team as need for coverage of projects.
  • Lead projects as needed.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings for the operations team. Includes implementing new policies and responsible for maintaining budget.
  • Available to assist with time sensitive escalations or client issues.
  • Audit processing of medical equipment to ensure compliance and quality.
  • Assist as needed with sales presentations.

Requirements:

  • Has operations management experience.
  • Can travel the US to various hospitals to lead teams or complete site inspections and training on various shifts/days.
  • Experienced in managing teams over a geographically dispersed area.
  • Willingness to travel and can provide their own transportation to/from airport.
  • Available to work evenings and weekends.
  • Well-versed in Microsoft Office.
  • Driver's license (required).
  • Fluent in English (bilingual in Spanish is a plus).
  • Must be reliable with a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, with little oversight, but with accountability to executive management for the end-result achieved.
