The Program Supervisor leads the delivery of high-quality social and recreational programs while guiding and supporting staff to create inclusive and engaging experiences. Working as part of a collaborative team, this role ensures members can learn, connect, and thrive in many ways. Evening and weekend availability are required for this role.
Primary Benefits
- Salary Range: $54,000 - $58,000 annually

Essential Responsibilities
- Supervise, support, and evaluate Activity Instructors and volunteers to ensure high-quality delivery of programs, events, and excursions.
- Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and performance feedback, and lead regular team meetings with clear follow-up expectations.
- Develop inclusive curriculum and provide lesson plans, modifications, and supports to provide a meaningful experience to members of all abilities.
- Ensure program quality by monitoring implementation, maintaining staff ratios, and scheduling.
- Manage the coordination of budgets, supplies, transportation, and facility upkeep.
- Complete attendance, incident reports, and other required documentation.
Skills You Bring to CEL
- Bachelor's degree; or one to two years program leadership experience; or equivalent combination of both.
- Experience supervising staff or coordinating team functions with strong leadership abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organization and follow-through.
- Excellent written and verbal professional communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 or similar platforms.
- Must be willing to work evenings and weekends.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
