For our department Reporting, Controlling and Consolidation (RCC) we are seeking to recruit a Controller Group (f/m/d) for the team Group Financial Planning & Analysis (Group FP&A).
The position will be located in Heidelberg, Germany. You will directly report to the position Head of Group FP&A incl. NAM/APAC.
YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE
- Take ownership of reviewing, analyzing, and reporting the financial performance of our Asian countries
- Support the countries and ensure reporting is delivered in accordance with Group reporting guidelines, prepared on a consistent basis and submitted within deadline
- Prepare high-quality presentations for the Group Management Board
- Conduct (ad hoc) analysis explaining variances & performances vs. prior year or/and plan
- Collaborate closely with country teams and various Group departments to ensure alignment and transparency
- Be part of a team where your contributions are valued, and your analytical mindset helps steer meaningful financial decisions
YOUR PROFILE
- University degree in business administration, industrial engineering or a comparable field of study
- At least two years of professional experience in Controlling, Accounting or Finance
- Strong analytical skills, clear and purposeful communication, and a structured, solution-oriented working style
- High level of commitment and flexibility, with the ability to deliver reliable, high-quality results
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required; additional language skills are a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
