Job Summary:

Established in 1930, Kenwood Country Club is the premier family club in the Cincinnati area and one of the top Clubs in the Midwest. The club offers tremendous facilities including two championship, 18-hole golf courses, tennis, paddle tennis, state-of-the-art fitness center, an expansive pool and pavilion area, and a sophistically renovated clubhouse. The club has a total of 925 members and remains on a waitlist of approximately two years for social membership and five years for golf membership.

The club seeks to hire a Housekeeper. The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and appearance of the club's interior spaces, including common areas, locker rooms, restrooms, dining areas, offices, and guest accommodations. This individual plays a key role in creating a clean, safe, and inviting atmosphere for members and visitors.

Job Description:

• Clean and maintain assigned areas, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, polishing, and sanitizing surfaces.
• Maintain cleanliness of locker rooms, restrooms, showers, and common member areas.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used and stored safely and properly.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
• Restock restroom supplies such as soap, toilet paper, and paper towels.
• Respond promptly to requests for cleaning or assistance from members or other departments.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to management.
• Follow all health and safety regulations and club procedures.
• Assist in setting up or cleaning after club events as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
• Must be able to stand, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, depending on club needs.

Salary and Benefits:
