Server, Fine Dining

**Position Overview:**

As a Server at Raffa's Waterfront Grill, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience. Your primary responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and providing exceptional customer service. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about food, wine, and providing top-notch service.

**Responsibilities:**

• Greet guests in a courteous and professional manner

• Present menus and describe daily specials and wine selections

• Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff

• Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently

• Ensure guests have everything they need throughout their meal

• Anticipate and fulfill guest needs, making recommendations when appropriate

• Process guest payments accurately and efficiently

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless dining experience

**Qualifications:**

• Previous experience as a server in a fine dining restaurant is preferred but not required

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of food and beverage pairings, including wine, is a plus

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong work ethic

• A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding service

• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds

• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (holidays are mandatory) as needed. Must have open availability, including Sundays.
