Join our fast-paced, tech-driven IT team as a Desktop Support Level 2 specialist You'll provide hands-on technical support for Windows, macOS, and Linux systems—resolving issues fast and keeping users productive.
What You'll Do:
- Troubleshoot desktops, VPNs, and network issues
- Support Active Directory, SCCM, and Intune deployments
- Deliver responsive, customer-focused IT support
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in Desktop or IT Support (Level 2)
- Strong hardware/software troubleshooting skills
- Hands-on experience with SCCM and Intune (required)
