Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest services and a strong background in the food industry. As a Server, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality dining experiences, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly with a welcoming demeanor.
• Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Accurately input orders into the Aloha POS system and ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, including bussing tables after guests leave.
• Sanitate all dining areas in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and address any guest concerns promptly.
• Provide excellent guest services by anticipating needs and responding to requests in a friendly manner.

Experience

• Previous experience in the food service or hospitality industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus.
• Strong math skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments accurately.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A positive attitude and commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences are essential.
