As we continue to grow, we're expanding our Inside Sales & Customer Success team to strengthen client relationships and support our business development engine.
This position is 100% in-office and focused on customer service, inside sales, and nurturing prospective and existing client relationships.Position Overview
We're looking for a detail-oriented, relationship-driven Inside Sales & Customer Success Representative to support inbound leads, manage customer interactions, and help build a strong pipeline of new business. You'll be the front line of communication—answering calls, responding to inquiries, preparing proposals, supporting RFP submissions, and ensuring every prospect and client receives world-class service.

Customer Service & Client Support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound calls, web inquiries, and client questions.
- Provide exceptional customer service with strong telephone etiquette and fast response times.
- Assist existing clients with service needs, scheduling updates, and issue resolution.
Inside Sales & Lead Management
- Manage all inbound leads: qualify, schedule follow-ups, and route to the appropriate team members.
- Support outbound sales by helping build prospect lists, coordinating outreach cadences, and preparing follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate CRM data (Pipedrive/Salesforce/etc.), ensure pipeline hygiene, and track key performance metrics.
Proposals, RFPs & Quoting
- Prepare proposals, quotes, and capability documents for prospects.
- Support RFP responses by coordinating timelines, formatting documents, gathering operational details, and submitting completed packages.
- Collaborate with operations on pricing, staffing plans, and post orders.
Marketing & Sales Operations Support
- Assist with nurture/drip email campaigns, Google Ads/LinkedIn lead follow-up, and basic marketing coordination.
- Help maintain templates, playbooks, checklists, and process documentation.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to help refine CGS's messaging.
