Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming inventory.
- Organize and stock goods in designated warehouse locations according to established procedures.
- Accurately pick items from inventory to fulfill customer orders.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection.
- Label and prepare shipments for outgoing transportation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and scanners.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and the mandatory use of PPE.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and audits.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics role is a strong asset.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Understanding of warehouse safety protocols and the importance of PPE.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual attendance record.
- Capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
